wild camping, not on a site. last trip - 4 days without seeing anyone. bliss. If you can handle doing it alone like I do then i recommend it highly. 1 hour from north london by car max. setting up the hammock then its all gravy. Tip : take a gps in the woods or you'll get lost, no joke
theres woodland and plenty of it. how it took me so long o get to hear about it i don't know. I think it's little unknown but the woods are massive all over surrey. try, you'll ike.
if you want to feel alive and stimulated, 2 am in a wood with the owls around you, bats flying about is a real livener
