Tranquility rating ( comment ):
Depending on the day. On weekends the music of disco's can be heard from higher up the mountain, and depending when the tour boats are coming or leaving it can be nicely crowded but never stressful.
Scenic Rating:

Scenic rating ( comment ):
Nice harbour view. Nights give a special feel because of the reflecting lights of the town and boats.

Camping Spot Description
Down by the docks at the waterfront where all the tour boats gather. There are a few trees at the end of the dead-end street. Reasonable quiet during weekdays.
Getting There
Directions:
Follow the signs to "Porto General" or ask, the people, they will show you the way.
Access:
Very easy to get there, it is in town, just a steep downhill road. But I have seen a huge campervan standing there, so it had no trouble getting there.
