Biking through Missouri

Hey my name is Brad and I am a college student in Missouri. I am a big fan of wild camping and am planning a six day bike trip through missouri where I will carry all of my supplies on my bycicle. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on where to camp or possible rural places to see. I will be leaving from Columbia, MO (center of MO) on the 18th and returning on the 24th, so my area to visit is somewhat limited. because of my gear I am expecting to make it no further than 30-40 miles each day and either making a loup or traveling 3 days in one direction and taking the next 3 to make it home. Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated.
